Event Brand Ambassador


Start Date: Immediately / 6 to 12 Hours Per Week

Reports To:  Communications & Marketing Coordinator

Overview: Unseen Heroes recently launched a new event called GATHER: Quarry Park in Rocklin, California. GATHER is a community based event that focuses on bringing the community together through a unique outdoor dining experience. The Unseen Heroes team is looking for a three-month, part-time brand ambassador to assist with research, marketing, and promotion of GATHER: Quarry Park in the Rocklin, Roseville, Lincoln, and Loomis area.


 

Ambassador Role Characteristics

  • Part-time role to assist with research, marketing, and promotion of GATHER: Quarry Park

  • Marketing campaign execution - before, during, and after specific community events

  • Updates and maintains company databases, mailing lists, telephone contact files, etc.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.


 

Ambassador Desired Qualifications

  • Marketing skills: the ability to introduce, explain, and encourage a new and unknown product to consumers

  • Leadership: to serve as liaison between Unseen Heroes and the consumers

  • Knowledge and experience with community event

  • Exceptional interpersonal/communication skills

  • Prior internship experience

  • Diversity of thought and background

  • Demonstrated leadership (work, campus, etc.)


 

Ambassador Requirements

  • Undergraduate Student - Rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior Marketing major or PR concentration

  • Must be authorized to work in U.S. or Permanent Resident

  • Minimum GPA 3.5

  • Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Loomis resident

  • Geographic mobility skills and behaviors

  • Reliable Transportation

  • Calendar flexibility (12 hours per week in-field)
